a picture to show you

It is a terrible dream to remember the situation of the World War Two. We often talked about the disaster made by the Nazi. However, I have not seen such a nice picture to describe the ugly Nazi until I find this one. In this picture, the symbol of the Nazi is played by many kinds of evils, even Adulf Hitler, the biggest criminal in the twentieth century. At first, this picture makes me sad and I do not want to watch it any more. But when I think about the meaning of it, I think it is necessary to show it to you. It is the history that tells us the importance of peace.

You're right there are a lot of kind of frightening images in this picture. It does make you think, doesn't it? The photographer must have been trying to tell his audience something. Was this picture one of the LIFE photos? I don't remember seeing it.

John,

This picture certainly evokes disturbing emotions. Where did you find this picture? I would be interested to know a little more about the picture's background because I think that human bones were used to create these images. Many Nazis used the bones and skin of dead Jews to create artwork for homes. It was a terrible time in history.

I also think it is an amazing picture because it presents us the evils of Nazi in a quite different way. In my project, I chose a picture which is also about World War Two. But it is all about peace. I think it is milder to show how peace is important to human beings. Anyway, I like your choice too. It gives us a more impressive image which tells us how the war damage our life. In a word, we all like peace.

Hi john,
This is an amazing picture, but I didn’t find it. When I saw the photograph in your blog, it shocked me a lot. It reminded me to remember the knowledge in senior in high school about world war two. The skulls are signals of Germany’s crimes. They killed the Jew people extremely, occupied their land and used all kinds of methods to persecute them. It lets me know that today’s peace is so precious and I should be glad that I am living in the peaceful society. Sometimes at night, I ponder a question that it is peace after wars or people pursue wars in peace. Human beings not only kill animals, but also they killed themselves.

I'm not trying to be ridiculous, but I'm pretty sure those swastikas are made from human bones. The Nazis committed numerous atrocities against humanity; it's hard to understand what it was like to be living at that time.
